Tell us how you would like to work with NOBIQ.
Submitting this application requests a partnership review only. It does not appoint you as a partner, grant a territory, authorise use of the NOBIQ brand or create a supply, employment or agency agreement. Any appointment, commercial terms and permitted authority require a separate written agreement.
Provide accurate information and disclose relevant conflicts of interest. Do not offer improper payments, make unsupported product claims or commit NOBIQ to transactions without written authority. Applicable customer rights remain unaffected.
NOBIQ uses the submitted contact, business and proposal details to assess and respond to the application. Send only necessary business information; do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal identification. Privacy questions: hello@nobiqbd.com.
NOBIQ plans to provide approved partners with a digital portal for relevant transactions, documents and communication. Access depends on the approved role and separate onboarding. Keep credentials and security codes private; use and share information only as necessary and authorised. Do not share accounts or publish confidential material. Report suspected misuse or disclosure promptly to hello@nobiqbd.com. No system is guaranteed risk-free.
Territory, exclusivity, minimum purchases, stock ownership, credit and resale arrangements are not granted by this application. Approved product information and customer-support duties must be agreed before distribution starts.
Dealer status, pricing, credit and stock terms require written approval. Communicate approved specifications and applicable warranty accurately; do not add an unapproved guarantee or imply immediate stock availability.
Brand material, listing content, commissions and order responsibilities require approval. Confirm availability and the responsible seller before making customer promises; no authority to collect money on behalf of NOBIQ is granted here.
Accept work only within verified competence and applicable authorisation. Follow manufacturer instructions and site safety requirements. Scope, quotation, customer consent, completion evidence and responsibility for damage must be agreed before work begins.
Do not promise warranty approval or replace parts without appropriate authorisation. Diagnosis, parts, labour, collection and reinstallation responsibilities must be confirmed. Chargeable work requires a quotation and customer consent beforehand.
Each project requires agreed scope, specification, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and commercial terms. No tender authority, guaranteed delivery date, exclusivity or permission to bind NOBIQ is granted by this application.
Use truthful, approved product messaging and lawful outreach. Commission, lead ownership, expenses and authority require separate agreement. Do not collect or share prospect information without a lawful basis or use unsolicited marketing practices contrary to applicable rules.
