Prices

Current public product prices are displayed on the website. Delivery and installation/service charges may be separate and will be explained before final confirmation.

Orders & Cash on Delivery Confirmation

Cash on Delivery is available for FCD-300 and FCD-720. After receiving your order, NOBIQ will contact you to confirm the delivery location, applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery timeline. Your order is finally confirmed after you agree to these details.

Availability

Available on Order. These products are not currently held as ready commercial stock. Immediate dispatch is not promised.

Delivery & Delivery Charges

Delivery is chargeable and varies by location and logistics requirements. NOBIQ will agree the delivery charge with you before final order confirmation. Installation or service charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

Installation / Service

Installation suitability, service scope and any separate charge will be discussed. Follow the product manual and use a competent installer where required.

Cancellation

You may cancel before final confirmation without an order-cancellation charge. After confirmation but before dispatch, contact us promptly. Only genuinely incurred, previously disclosed or clearly explained, lawful and reasonable preparation or logistics costs may apply. After dispatch, actual delivery or return logistics may apply depending on the circumstances. No punitive cancellation fee applies. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns & Refunds

Normal returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of documented delivery, subject to eligibility. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after inspection and approval, without overriding mandatory legal deadlines. See the full policy.
